Show Aloha Land is running now through January 2, 2021, so there’s still time to enjoy the holiday spectacle! During the contact-free event, families can experience displays made of a million Christmas lights choreographed to all your favorite holiday tunes!
Vehicles will make their way through archways and tunnels, get a glimpse of Santa and his elves in action at the North Pole, and travel through a forest of Christmas trees, all made with lights. The event is fundraiser for the Show Aloha Challenge (SAC) Foundation, a nonprofit organization that delivered 200,000 hot meals to the homes of kūpuna statewide and distributed more than two million pounds of food to families in need this year in response to the pandemic. All proceeds will be used by the SAC Foundation to continue these programs and launch a new initiative to help kūpuna age in place by providing retrofits and upgrades to make their homes safe and senior-friendly in 2021.
Admission is $50 per vehicle for an entire family. Includes a free family photo with a 50-foot MEGA tree and Aloha Stadium as a backdrop. About the SAC Foundation
Michael Gangloff, CEO of MIRA Image Construction, founded the SAC Foundation in response to the pandemic and in just over six months, mobilized hundreds of organizations and individuals together to serve as volunteers, raised over $1.4 million to feed Hawai’i’s kūpuna while also providing much needed assistance to Hawai’i’s food service industry, delivered 200,000 hot meals to the homes of kūpuna statewide, and distributed more than two million pounds of food through food drives and farmers-to-families food boxes. He plans to continue to provide meals for Hawai’i’s families and start offering services to help kūpuna age in place.
