Don Quijote believed they could do something different with the Inari Bomb to present it to the customer, so they created a restaurant just for inari sushi, called The Inari Factory! Check out the wide selection of fillings ready and waiting to fill a variety of tastes.
Wagyu is very popular throughout the world. Don Quijote brought the eatery format called “Wagyukushi” from Don Quijote in Asia and changed the items to fit the culture in Hawaii. They serve plate lunches with skewers in their original wasabi sauce created by their local chief.
