Owned and operated by siblings Isaiah, Gabriel, and Elisha Danzik, Jax Wood Fired Pizza is built on three core values taught to them by their parents: love Jesus, love each other, and serve others. Born and raised on Oahu, the Danzik siblings always dreamed of working together and creating something meaningful for their community. In 2023, that dream became a reality when they purchased Jax Wood Fired Pizza, and they’ve been serving up aloha—and amazing food—ever since.

What sets Jax apart is their dedication to quality and authenticity. Their pizzas are crafted from vegan high-protein sourdough, topped with locally sourced fresh ingredients, and baked to perfection in a Kiawe wood-fired oven. Known as Hawaiian Mesquite, Kiawe wood infuses each pizza with a unique sweet and smoky flavor found only in Hawaii.

With over 18 pizza varieties on the menu, Jax has something for everyone. But their offerings don’t stop there. The menu also features farm-fresh salads, Greek gyros, calzones, and cannolis, along with vegan, gluten-free, and healthy options that make it easy to feed the whole ‘Ohana.

In addition to serving walk-in customers and offering delivery through UberEats, Jax Wood Fired Pizza is now offering catering services—perfect for parties, gatherings, and events.
